All NGPILOT apps are free for up to 10 users. Beyond 10 users, standard Atlassian Marketplace licensing applies. Every app also includes the built-in free trial that Atlassian provides for all Marketplace apps, so you can evaluate any app with your full team before committing.

NGPILOT apps run entirely on the Atlassian platform — no data ever leaves your Confluence or Jira Cloud instance. Some apps do store app-specific data on Atlassian (for example, Jira issue templates are saved in Atlassian storage, and macro configurations are stored in the Confluence page storage format). This is all hosted by Atlassian. We do not collect, transmit, or process any user-related data on our own servers.

NGPILOT offers several diagramming apps. Mermaid Plus supports 29 diagram types in Confluence (flowcharts, sequence, class, state, Gantt, ER, C4, and more) and 26 types in Jira, each with live preview and one-click templates. Excalidraw Plus adds a freehand whiteboard with 220+ reusable shape libraries. For technical network graphs, Graphviz Charts renders DOT-language diagrams. Yes. Enhanced Markdown for Confluence adds a Markdown editor with native Mermaid, ZenUML, KaTeX and MathJax rendering. It supports CommonMark and GFM syntax including tables, code blocks, and task lists. Type /enhanced markdown in the editor to insert it.

Google Fonts for Confluence lets you browse the font library, select a font, and apply it to any text on your Confluence pages with a live preview. Insert the macro and pick a family — no CSS or HTML required.

Modern Code Blocks for Confluence uses the Monaco editor (the same engine as VS Code) to provide syntax highlighting for 85+ languages, automatic dark/light theme sync, a live preview editor, collapsible blocks, and one-click copy buttons.

Modern Issue Templates for Jira lets you build templates with rich formatting and variables, then auto-apply them based on project or issue type. You can also import templates from GitHub, so a team can share a single source of truth across projects.
