Visit the NGPILOT vendor page on the Atlassian Marketplace, find the app you want, and click "Get it now." The app installs directly into your Confluence or Jira Cloud instance. No additional setup or configuration is required for most apps.
First, ensure that your Confluence or Jira admin has completed the installation. Apps typically appear within a few minutes. If it doesn't show up, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. Some apps require you to be a site administrator to complete the initial setup.
Yes — all NGPILOT apps are free for up to 10 users. Beyond 10 users, standard Atlassian Marketplace licensing applies. Every app also includes the built-in free trial that Atlassian provides for all Marketplace apps, so you can evaluate any app with your full team before committing.
No. All NGPILOT apps are built exclusively for Confluence Cloud and Jira Cloud using Atlassian's Forge platform. They do not support Data Center or Server deployments. We chose Cloud-only to provide the best security, automatic updates, and zero-maintenance experience.
Most apps work out of the box with no configuration. If an app has settings, you'll find them in the app's configuration page within your Confluence or Jira admin console. Each app also has a detailed User Guide available on our Documentation page.
