AI agent apps for Confluence & Jira

5 NGPILOT apps ship a built-in Rovo AI agent — ask in plain language and the agent draws diagrams, edits whiteboards, writes Markdown documents, or answers what changed. Every app also works by hand, and everything runs inside your Atlassian site.

From chat to content

What the agents do

Mermaid agents — create, read, update, convert

The Mermaid Plus agents for Confluence and Jira take a sentence and render a diagram on the page or issue, hand the source back on request, revise an existing diagram in place with macro settings preserved, and turn code blocks already on the page into rendered diagrams.

Excalidraw agent — draws and edits whiteboards

The Excalidraw Plus agent draws boards from chat, renames or regroups existing shapes without touching the rest, restyles and auto-lays out, lists every page in a space that contains boards, and converts Mermaid or PlantUML into an editable drawing (and back).

Enhanced Markdown agent — writes whole documents

The Enhanced Markdown agent creates, edits, reads and converts Markdown documents directly on Confluence pages and blogposts — and the Markdown renders as rich Confluence content: headings, tables, fenced code with syntax highlighting, KaTeX math, and Mermaid diagrams.

Issue History agent — answers what changed

Ask the Issue History agent for Jira who changed what on any issue: field-level history with word-level diffs, answered from chat instead of clicked through in the activity log.

MCP servers — the same tools for any agent client

Mermaid Plus for Jira and Enhanced Markdown expose their agent tools over MCP, so Rovo Studio agents or Claude Code can drive the same create, read, update and convert actions — every edit runs with your own permissions.
