# Confluence FAQ Macro & Q\&A Template: Add FAQ Sections to Pages

Confluence is great for documentation, but it has no built-in **FAQ macro** or Q\&A tool. If you need FAQ pages, knowledge bases, or community-style Q\&A in Confluence, NGPILOT offers two purpose-built apps.

4. Add your questions and answers
5. Organize by category if needed
