# Can You Change the Font in Confluence? (Default Stack & Custom Font Options)

Confluence uses a system font stack that looks different on every operating system. You can't change the default font globally, and Confluence offers no built-in way to use custom fonts on individual pages. This guide shows what font Confluence uses and how to add custom fonts.

Confluence uses the following system font stack:

* **macOS**: San Francisco (-apple-system)
* **Windows**: Segoe UI
* **Android**: Roboto
* **Linux**: Liberation Sans or Nimbus Sans

This means Confluence pages look slightly different depending on your operating system. There is no setting to change this globally.

3. Type `/google fonts` in the editor

7. Save the page
